Currently, we provide shipping to the United States. We have multiple warehouses in the US, and once payment is successful, delivery is completed within 5-10 working days.
2. How much is the shipping cost?
We offer a basic shipping service, with the standard shipping fee set at $4.99.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
You can make secure payments using PayPal.
4. How is the safety of the goods ensured?
Kobach cooperates with multiple express companies such as USPS and Amazon Logistics to ensure timely delivery. Kobach will provide customers with a tracking number and link for each order to ensure you always know the status of your order.
5. Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you still wish to return the package, please contact us after receiving it, and we will guide you through the return process. kobachkitchenware@gmail.com
6. What should I do if I receive damaged or defective products?

7. Can I return or exchange products? What is your refund policy?

1、What is your return policy?
At Kobach we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issue, or you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.

RETURN
We would accept returns if you notify us via email at kobachkitchenware@gmail.com.Make sure to contact us within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUND
If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
If you did not receive your product within 60 business days after the date that your order has been placed.
Please Note:
Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You cannot ask for a refund if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost)

2、How do I start a return or exchange?
Kobach offers a 30-day return period. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service email to obtain the return address: kobachkitchenware@gmail.com.
*Please note, we reserve the right to restrict returns if we suspect fraudulent activity. Additionally, bulk purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
3、I’m having trouble initiating a return. Can you help?
First, let's make sure you have entered the correct order number. You can find it in your order confirmation email. If the order number is correct but you are still encountering issues, please email us at kobachkitchenware@gmail.com. If you cannot find your order number, please email us with your full name, phone number, shipping address, and any other email addresses you may have used, and we will assist you in locating it.
Please note that we can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website. Typically, when we are unable to find a return, it means the provided information is incorrect (and we will be unable to assist).
4、I just ordered but I picked the wrong color - what should I do?
If your ordered product has not yet been shipped, you can contact us via email, and we will cancel the order for you. The refund will be processed within 2-3 days. Once the order is canceled, you can place a new order.
5、My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We deeply apologize for this. Please contact us, and we will replace the item for you as soon as possible. Kindly send us photos of the damaged product so we can ensure this feedback is shared with the relevant team.
6、Do I have to pay return shipping?
We accept returns only if the product packaging remains unopened. If the packaging has been opened, returns are not supported. If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us to obtain the return address. You will be responsible for shipping the item back, and the return shipping cost will be covered by you.
7、Can you tell me about your warranty program?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. For most of our products, we’ll help out if anything goes wrong within 1 year from your date of purchase. For our Cast Iron products, that extends to a limited lifetime warranty! Read more about our policy here for the specifics of each product.

0.3、What type of nonstick coating does Kobach use?
We are proud to inform you that our True Titanium 0-Coating Non-Stick Pan contains no non-stick coatings at all. We make this bold promise to you—we reject any coating gimmicks!
0、What level of heat should I use?
Our patented Kobach design allows heat to distribute faster and more evenly, which means you can cook at lower temperatures. We recommend that our customers start cooking at lower temperatures and increase if needed. You rarely need to cook on high heat with Kobach.
0.1、How do I make sure my pans are properly seasoned?
Like most fine cookware, Kobach should be seasoned before its first use. You do not need to season your pans before every use.
Here’s how to season your pans properly:
• Heat your pan to medium-low and spread 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil around the interior of the pan.
• Leave the pan on the heat for 1-2 minutes.
• Now you're ready to cook. Simple as that!
0.2、Will my Kobach pans scratch?
Yes, even a diamond can scratch! Metal spatulas, whisks, spoons, and other metal utensils are fine, but sharp utensils could leave a scratch. If this happens it is only cosmetic, and it will not affect the performance or safety of the cookware.
1.How can l prevent sticking when cooking on stainless steel?
Preheating the pan and lowering the heat are key to preventing sticking in stainless steel cookware. Preheat the pan on low or medium heat for 1-2 minutes. To check if it's ready, drop a few drops of water onto the pan; if the water "dances" or "sizzles," the pan is at the right temperature. Once preheated, add 2-3 teaspoons of cold oil, or enough to cover the bottom of the cooking surface. Before adding food, it’s best to pat it dry and bring it to room temperature. When you add the food, make sure it creates an even sizzle. This sound indicates that the food is cooking properly and forming a natural barrier that prevents sticking. Let the food cook without disturbing it until it reaches the desired doneness. The natural sugars in the food will caramelize on the cooking surface, enhancing the flavor and naturally lifting the food from the surface. If the sound when the food first touches the pan is more of a popping noise than a sizzling one, it may indicate the heat is too high, and sticking could occur. Never use aerosol non-stick sprays.
2.What heat setting should l use when cooking?
Kobach recommends using medium to low heat for frying, simmering, and stewing, as its cookware retains heat well. High heat should be reserved for boiling. This helps maintain an even temperature, preventing overheating and ensuring better control for more consistent, flavorful dishes.
3.What do l do if the food is sticking?
When cooking with stainless steel, food may stick to the pan if you don’t preheat the pan, place cold food directly into a hot pan, don't use enough oil, or try to flip the food before it's properly cooked.
When cooking with non-stick pans, grease or residue may build up over time. Try using a cookware cleaner or a nylon scrubbing pad to clean the surface. This should only be done in rare cases to restore the surface’s effectiveness.
4.How do l prevent water spotting?
After washing, rinse in hot water and dry immediately with a towel.
